SHIMADZU iMScope QT Mass Spectrometry Imaging

Advanced Mass Microscope Combining Optical and MS Analysis.

The Shimadzu iMScope QT is a next-generation imaging mass microscope that integrates optical microscopy with high-resolution mass spectrometry imaging (MSI). Equipped with a Q-TOF mass spectrometer, it enables simultaneous quantification and distribution analysis, combining LC-MS capabilities with MSI in one platform. Key features include 5 µm spatial resolution, high-speed and high-sensitivity data acquisition, and seamless overlay of optical and MS images for advanced morphological studies. Designed for pharmaceutical, clinical, and life science research, the iMScope QT provides accurate, high-throughput imaging with Shimadzu’s IMAGEREVEAL™ MS software.
